Vishrambaug Wada, located in the old city area of Pune has got the distinction of being a luxurious residence of Peshwa Bajirao II. The historic structure is spread on an area of about 20,000 sq. ft. and is famous for its exquisite entrance and a beautifully carved wooden balcony placed just above the entrance gate. Presently the house has been undertaken by the Pune Municipal Corporation and is being used as a post office on the ground floor along with few other municipal offices.
